What this site is

A lightweight, zero-cost GitHub Pages “home” for the INVICTA project: documentation, templates, and public-facing references. (No database, no login, no running costs.)

Note: This is a starter scaffolding. The platform itself evolves via PIRTOE WFF, and answer resolution happens through peer-review workflows.

PIRTOE in one paragraph

PIRTOE is a formal, computable language for humanitarian decision support where closed-vocabulary ATOMs compose Substrings, Subgraphs, Graphs, and SuperGraphs. Each Substring uses PUO endurant anchors (left side) and a CWW expression (right side). PSIgold is immutable ideals (rights/SDGs), PSIreal is real-world best-practice reasoning under constraint, and PAIhistorical mirrors past evidence and patterns to prevent repeat harm.

Gold-standard WFF template

This is the canonical bracket/slot structure for PIRTOE Substring/WFF instantiation. It must not be simplified or “reworded” — it is the structural backbone of computable PIRTOE.

GitHub Pages deployment

  1. Create a new repo (or use your existing invicta-platform repo).
  2. Upload these files to the repo root.
  3. Enable Pages: Settings → Pages → Deploy from branch.
  4. (Optional) Add CNAME for invictaresearch.ai.

This site is intentionally static: no paid services, no lock-in, and minimal maintenance.
